Residents can access driver’s license renewal, vehicle registration and student permit services locally, with only the first 300 slots to be accommodated.
MARIKINA CITY, Philippines — Marikina Heights residents can avail of LTO services through a service caravan on September 7, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Barangay Hall on Bayan-Bayanan Avenue.
Services include driver’s license renewal, vehicle registration and student permit applications for the first 300 Marikina Heights residents, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Residents are encouraged to register early to secure their slots and avoid delays, particularly those whose licenses or vehicle registrations are nearing expiration.
The caravan is designed to bring essential government services directly to the community, reducing the need for residents to travel to regular LTO offices for basic transactions.
A 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) will also be held on September 4 and 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an ₱800 seminar fee.
The initiative is supported by Cong. Miro Quimbo to make basic LTO services more accessible and convenient for Marikina Heights residents.
