Belgica Urges Hearing of Key Witnesses in Alleged Flood Control Anomalies

Anti-corruption advocate Greco Belgica has called on authorities to listen to all witnesses—including Discaya and Guteza—as well as other individuals who possess critical information related to alleged anomalies in flood control projects across the country.

Belgica emphasized the importance of consolidating documents and testimonies and presenting them to the President to address public questions and clarify accusations of corruption. According to him, a comprehensive review of evidence is necessary to uncover the truth behind the allegations.

He also confirmed his willingness to help organize a “one-time, big-time rally” involving anti-corruption groups from various sectors, aimed at strengthening public calls for accountability and transparency.

In his New Year message, Belgica stressed that truth, justice, and the fight against corruption are essential foundations for the country’s genuine progress and development.
