As communities reel from the aftermath of a powerful earthquake, Cayetano’s emergency response team delivers immediate relief and stands with families on the path to recovery.

The Office of Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano continues to deliver urgent assistance to communities affected by the powerful earthquake that recently struck parts of Mindanao, underscoring its commitment to disaster response and public service.

While political debates continue elsewhere, representatives from Cayetano’s office were on the ground in affected areas to personally assess the situation and determine the immediate needs of residents struggling in the aftermath of the disaster.

In Barangay Poblacion, Malapatan, the Emergency Response Department (ERD) conducted a relief operation, distributing hot meals and other essential aid to families displaced and affected by the earthquake.

According to Cayetano’s office, times of crisis demand more than words—they require swift and concrete action. The group emphasized that genuine public service is measured by the ability to respond quickly and stand alongside communities in their time of greatest need.

Through every meal distributed, every concern heard, and every family reached by relief efforts, the office said it remains committed to extending compassion and assistance to those facing the challenges brought about by the calamity.

The team also assured affected residents that relief and recovery operations will continue as communities work toward rebuilding their lives and restoring normalcy.

“In times of disaster, no one should be left behind and no one should be abandoned. Together, we will rise,” Cayetano’s office said in a statement.
